Return Policy

1. General Return Window

Most vendors on REVAUTO accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the auto part has not been installed, modified, or damaged, and is returned in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories.

2. Electrical and Electronic Parts

Warning: Due to the nature of automotive electrical components (e.g., ECUs, sensors, wiring harnesses), most vendors DO NOT accept returns on these items once the packaging has been opened, due to the high risk of short circuits caused by improper testing.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the vendor sent the wrong part or a defective item, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees via the designated carrier.
