2. Platform Role

REVAUTO acts as an online marketplace connecting independent auto parts vendors with buyers. We do not own, sell, or inspect the parts listed by vendors. Our responsibility is strictly limited to providing the technological platform.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are exclusively responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, authenticity, and legal compliance of the auto parts they sell. Any disputes regarding product quality are between the buyer and the vendor.

4. Limitation of Liability

REVAUTO shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if REVAUTO has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
